By purchasing or participating in any products or services provided by BC Real Estate Tutor, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Digital & Lesson Materials

All downloadable content, including chapter notes, slides, and handouts, are the intellectual property of BC Real Estate Tutor.

Materials are for personal use only. You may not reproduce, share, distribute, or resell any content or lesson materials without written permission.

Unauthorized use or distribution may result in legal action.

2. Zoom Lessons & Recordings

Private lessons may be recorded for educational purposes.

By attending a session, you consent to being recorded. Recordings may be shared privately with other students for review only.

All recordings remain the property of BC Real Estate Tutor and may not be shared, downloaded, or distributed.

3. Disclaimer

Every effort is made to provide accurate, high-quality content and instruction, but success on the licensing exam is not guaranteed.

Students are responsible for their own exam preparation beyond the lessons provided.

Return and Refund Policy

Missed sessions are non-refundable.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the full fee being forfeited.
