Refund Policy

Refund Policy and Session Attendance:

At BC Real Estate Tutor, we place a strong emphasis on transparency and excellence across all facets of our services. This includes our strict and diligently enforced refund policy and session attendance guidelines.

Refund Policy:

Once a session is booked, payments are non-refundable. We acknowledge that circumstances can change, and there might be instances where you need to reschedule or cancel a session. However, it’s vital to recognize that once a session is booked and a payment is made, it becomes non-refundable. This policy is in place to ensure we can maintain a consistent schedule and provide the best service to all our students. Your understanding in this matter is greatly appreciated.

Missed Sessions:

We highly value your time and dedication and, in turn, expect the same commitment. Should you miss a scheduled lesson for any reason, it cannot be rescheduled or credited for future use. Nevertheless, we offer you the option to book another session to compensate for the missed one, ensuring you don’t fall behind in your studies. You must book another session to make up for the missed one.

Punctuality:

To guarantee the smooth flow of sessions and demonstrate respect for the schedules of both our students and tutors, we kindly request your punctuality. If you anticipate a delay of more than 15 minutes, please communicate in advance. Sessions may be forfeited for lateness exceeding this limit without prior notice.

Digital Downloads & Content:

In the case of digital downloads or purchased content, our no-refund policy applies. Once the content is accessed or downloaded, we cannot offer refunds. We take pride in providing high-quality digital materials to support your study and preparation for the BC real estate exam.
